Vinyasa Workshop

Learn the basics of your Vinyasa in this workshop! Many of our classes are based on the Sun Salutations that we have learned either through verbal cues or demonstration, but we have never had the chance to break down each pose or ask questions. Maybe you are new to yoga and want to learn more about key poses in your Vinyasa flow, or a seasoned yogi hoping to improve alignment. Practice linking the breath with movement during transitions from plank-chaturanga-updog-downdog. Emphasis on proper alignment to protect the shoulders and low back, etc. Add props and modifications to engage the proper muscles and build strength in the core, arms and legs. Advance your practice in this fun yet challenging class!
