Yoga Teacher Training

For some, yoga begins as a class. For others, it becomes a calling.

Pressed Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students who want to explore yoga beyond the physical practice and deepen their understanding of movement, philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, mindfulness, and personal growth. Whether your goal is to teach or simply enrich your own practice, our training provides a supportive environment to learn, grow, and transform.

Through experiential learning, mentorship, hands-on teaching opportunities, and a strong sense of community, students develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills to authentically share yoga with others.

Our training goes beyond memorizing poses. It is an immersive journey into leadership, self-discovery, communication, and embodied teaching.

You do not need to aspire to teach to join YTT.
