Lisa Perkett will guide you through a 75 minute gentle flow introduction to yoga. These two classes are specifically designed to cover many of the basic poses in yoga with instruction geared to the proper alignment in the pose as well as offering many of the ways to modify a pose. The student can ask questions in the class and the teacher will offer a lot of demonstration that goes along with the pose.
Great class for beginner students or those looking for more of a break down of basic postures.
