Yoga Nidra, literally translating “Yogi Sleep”. Experience a profound guided meditation which will focus on breath awareness, intention setting, visualization, and deep relaxation. We’ll begin with a 10-15 minutes of gentle asana to prepare our bodies for the practice. Long-term effects of Yoga Nidra include stress relief, better sleep, and a broadening of one’s conception of the possible. This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga and meditation practice.
