Approximately 80% of the population will experience low back pain at some point in their life.  While it is not a substitute for professional medical help, yoga has been proven to be effective in increasing flexibility, strengthening and reducing pain in the back.  This workshop will teach you stretches and modifications to common yoga poses which may help alleviate minor low back pain.
