Join us as we connect back to our bodies through yoga and breath. During this workshop you will experience 30 minutes in a Yin style class with Deidre to begin to balance the Yang of our busy everyday lives. You will have the ability to take time to be present with and to make space in the body. Then, you will experience 30 minutes of breathwork with Christelle, a fellow yogi! Breathwork is an amazing way to move stuck energy, release emotional blocks, and balance your nervous system. It’s time to get out of your head and start to feel more inner peace, grounded and blissed out.
