Yin Yoga Wednesdays at 7 pm starting June 27th

Yin Yoga is a Chinese-based meditative approach to yoga, designed to improve the immune system, increase joint mobility and improve flexibility. Yin is primarily floor poses using props (bolsters, blocks, straps) to facilitate deeper stretching and greater stillness.
Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues. Emphasis is on the hips, groin & low back as well as stimulating the lower body. A great way to let go of the stress and tension of your day.
All levels welcome.This class is at 90 degrees.
