Virtual Yoga in Your Hands
Mudras are like tiny yoga poses, but for the hands. Just like yoga poses there are hundreds of gestures, each with their own specific benefit. Each mudra has the ability to restore balance and harmony through the body whether it be an ailment, an emotional block, a mental challenge, or a physical limitation. These mudras are powerful, our hands are magical. In this workshop we will focus on specific mudras that we can incorporate into breath, yoga poses, meditation, and relaxation. Sophia will teach you about the hands anatomy and reflexology and how it pertains to the mudras. After some breakdown she will guide you through a Mudra & Kripalu practice.
