Spring Clean Your Energy!
Join Tara for a 75 minute workshop that includes guided meditations, breathwork, journaling, and yoga. The first half of the workshop will focus on clearing energy that no longer serves you. The last half of the workshop will focus on setting mindful intentions for the rest of the season. Let go of what no longer serves you to create space for what does.
