New Class* Yoga + Meditation Every 4th Friday!

New Class “Yoga + Meditation” starts 11/22 and will be held every 4th Friday of the Month at 7 pm.

Yoga + Meditation consists of 30 minutes of gentle yoga followed by a 20 minute guided meditation and 10 minutes of savanna. It’s the ultimate in mind and body connection and appropriate for experienced yogis and beginners alike. Open to all levels.
