Inversion Workshop with Ellen Haines
Learn, Play and Explore being Upside Down
This workshop is open to all levels and will help students start or improve an inversion practice. This fun and playful class will include drills for strength building, alignment, safe entry and exit, and lots of tips to help you on your inversion journey. Ellen will also work with students individually to build the confidence and focus required to conquer the fear of falling.

Vinyasa for Veterans
This Memorial day come to your mat to honor and support both our veterans and their families!
This 75 minute long class balances the body with a mixture of strengthening and stretching postures. The first section of class will be focused on flowing through postures that cultivate stamina, heat and focus. The remainder of class will consist of cooling postures that will open the body and have you ready to drift happily into a brief meditation and savasana.
All proceeds will be donated to Operation Homefront, a non profit organization that provides veterans and their families with financial assistance in the form of housing, utilities, food, educational support and medical care. Operation Homefront states that they seek to, “build strong, stable and secure military families so they can thrive in the communities they work so hard to protect.”
