Join a fun workshop with functional core training to recruit the pelvic floor and safely advance your practice. We will be covering anatomy of the inner core and pelvic floor and embodying with pranayama (breath), self-care massage with pilates ball and slow flow asana practice.

As a Yoga Educator 500-hour E-RYT and holding multiple certifications, Chrissy teaches around the world in Japan, China, Los Angeles, Mexico, Minnesota, San Francisco, Costa Rica, Orange County, and the Bahamas. Her credentials include teaching 200hr & 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga for Athletes, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Ayurveda Workshops, Meditation, Restoratives, Corrective Exercise, Anatomy Workshops, Injury Recovery and Prevention.
