Pressed Hot Yoga is proud to be partnered with YogaWorks to offer Yoga Teacher Training in Minneapolis, MN. Gain a deeper understanding of the many layers of yoga and advance your practice, develop confidence, and find your voice.

January 31 – June 7, 2019

Fridays | 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturdays | 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sundays | 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

January 31-February 2

February 21-23

March 20-22

April 3-5 & 24-26

May 15-17 
June 5-7


Students are required to take 16 classes throughout the duration of the program to experience different styles, levels and methodologies.


$3,100 when you pay in full by October 19, 2019
$3,350 when you pay in full by December 1, 2019
$3,600 after December 1, 2019

Students who have graduated from a previous 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered program, receive 50% off the full tuition price.

Tuition must be paid in full by the early registration date to receive the discounted rate.
Payment Plans available off the full price plus a $50 admin fee (50% of tuition must be received two weeks before start date). Contact us for more details.


We recommend 1 year of consistent yoga practice and require a minimum of six months of a consistence yoga practice or equivalent training.

This event is the perfect way to find out more about what makes the YogaWorks method, and YogaWorks Teacher Training, the gold standard for yoga in this country and beyond.
The session begins with a free hour class taught in the YogaWorks method followed by an information session led by YogaWorks Teacher Training Assistant Monica Nepote. This session is highly recommended for students considering our teacher training, as well as serious students of yoga who are curious as to what taking a teacher training involves and how to take their yoga practice to the next level.
