5 Week Cardio and Core Challenge – Cardio Barre with Caitlin Schuler

Join Caitlin Schuler for a 5 Week Cardio and Core Challenge featuring Cardio Barre!
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced student, you’ll push your barre practice to the next level with cardio bursts integrated throughout the class. Barre includes elements of Pilates, strength training, ballet, and yoga and is a great way to increase strength and range of motion.
Challenge yourself to commit to all 10 sessions or join us for a single session!
Mondays and Wednesday at 6:30-7:30 pm
Dates: 7/30, 8/1, 8/6, 8/8, 8/13, 8/15, 8/20, 8/22, 8/27, 8/29
Fees: $50 for all 10 Sessions (Members)
$10 Single Session (Members)
$150 for all 10 Sessions (Non-Members)
$15 Single Session (Non-Members)
