Let go of your work-week stress and welcome the weekend with this power yoga class designed to keep you moving with an upbeat playlist and energetic flows, while building & toning muscle.  Stay after class for a happy hour beverage of your choice with your fellow yogis via Zoom.  (Please bring your own beverage.  )
