Bike & Yoga Adventure

Pump up your tires and join Bri on a bike ride followed by a yoga flow specifically geared towards cyclists. Saddle up at the Pressed studio and cycle through the beautiful Bunker Hills Regional park on an 8 mile ride ending back at the studio. Roll out your mat for a 50 min yoga flow class to stretch out the hips and hamstrings, ending with a well earned savasana. All bikes welcome!
