Pressed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training:
November 2026 – May 2027
There comes a point in your practice when curiosity begins to grow. You want to understand more. Move with greater intention. Explore the philosophy behind the physical practice. Perhaps you’ve imagined guiding others, or maybe you’re simply ready to discover where your own practice can take you.
Wherever you are in your journey, this is your invitation to go deeper.
Pressed’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive experience rooted in education, self-discovery, meaningful connection, and personal growth. Designed to develop knowledgeable, confident, and authentic teachers, our training offers far more than learning how to lead a yoga class.
It’s an opportunity to challenge yourself, expand your perspective, build lasting relationships, and discover what you’re capable of.
You don’t have to know whether you want to teach. You simply have to be willing to learn.
THE PRESSED APPROACH
Rooted in tradition. Inspired by individuality.
We believe great teachers aren’t created by memorizing a sequence or following a prescribed method. They’re developed through curiosity, education, experience, and a willingness to continually evolve.
Our training honors the rich history and philosophy of yoga while integrating modern movement science, anatomy, functional movement, and practical teaching methodologies.
Rather than teaching you to replicate someone else’s practice, we empower you to understand the why behind what you teach, develop your own voice, and create meaningful experiences for others.
Rooted in the wisdom of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, our approach encourages self-awareness, curiosity, accountability, and growth within a supportive learning environment.
We believe the most impactful teachers remain lifelong students.

Discover Your Why
Teaching begins with understanding yourself. Through reflection, conversation, shared experiences, and personal practice, you’ll explore your relationship with yoga and what you hope to bring into the lives of others.
